We bought a blueberry bush! It’s very tiny but loaded down with blueberries. The problem is that there are not enough berries to make a pie or even a large snack. So, what to do with the berries? Blueberry Cocktails were born.
I may not have enough to cook with, but I do have enough to garnish with. 😎
These low-carb cocktails are very simple and made with ingredients you can find at your local grocery store.

Ingredients for these Low-Carb Cocktails
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Fruit Punch MIO
- Blueberry Vodka (or leave out for a mocktail version)
- Sprite Zero
- Blueberries (optional garnish)
- Champagne Flutes (I like these)
Step One: MIO
Place a few drops of MIO in the bottom of each champagne flute.
DO NOT go overboard here. If you add too much, your drinks will be too sweet.
Learn from my mistakes on this one. I wanted the drinks to redder, but they ended up undrinkable. I decided to go for taste instead of appearance.
Step Two: Vodka
Add one ounce of blueberry vodka on top of the MIO. Blueberry vodka is usually readily available at any liquor store.
I often leave the vodka out and have a fizzy mocktail. It’s perfect for when you don’t want to drink, or for the kids.

Step Three: Sprite Zero
Finally, fill the champagne flute to the top, and enjoy your tasty low-carb cocktails.
